FOUNDED IN 2007, ORIGINALLY AS A PRIVATE BARBELL CLUB…
We started as more of a biker gang than a Gym. Just a bunch of like minded Athletes who needed a better place to train in Dayton, OH. Since our opening, we have grown into a 6,000+ sq-ft Facility who trains some of the best Athletes with the best Strength & Sport Coaches to come out of Dayton, OH.We are proud of the thousands of Beginner Clients & Competitive Athletes we’ve been able to reach. The new Coaches we’ve helped mentor. The Medals & Titles our Teams have won. The hundreds of Events we’ve held. The Downtown Dayton Ohio community we’ve built around Strength Sports.
