Carovilli is a comune in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 35 kilometres northwest of Campobasso and about 14 kilometres northeast of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,508 and an area of 41.6 square kilometres.
